  • When I’ve been appointed Manager of a team of 4 people, they were more like 4 people working in the same place at the same time, but not working together at all. They were even barely speaking to each other. So I have felt the joy when we manage to build a real team of members actively communicating, supporting each other and leveraging each other’s skills.
